Question 1

What is InnovativeAI?

Accepted Answer

InnovativeAI is an AI-native business platform that combines CRM, vendor management, invoicing, compliance monitoring, IT advisory and a proactive AI advisor in a single system. It is built for growing companies that want one place to run HR, finance, sales, operations, compliance and IT.

Question 2

How is InnovativeAI different from a regular CRM or accounting tool?

Accepted Answer

InnovativeAI is built for the operational complexity of growing businesses. It combines vendor management, compliance, contract analysis and an AI advisor in one place — features you won't find in a CRM like HubSpot or an accounting tool like Xero. The AI uses your live business data to give contextual advice rather than generic answers.

Question 3

How does the AI advisor work — is it just ChatGPT?

Accepted Answer

No. The AI features are purpose-built using your live business data — vendor renewals, compliance gaps, support tickets and more. The output is contextualised to your specific situation, not generic advice. It's the difference between a search engine and a CIO.

Question 4

Is there a free tier and do I need a credit card to start?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The free tier includes CRM contacts, vendors, invoices, basic notifications and access to the AI IT advisor. You can start free with no credit card required and no setup fees.

Question 5

Is my data safe and private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Each customer's data is fully isolated and never shared with third parties. You can delete any file or cancel at any time.

Question 6

Does InnovativeAI help with GDPR and Cyber Essentials compliance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. InnovativeAI includes compliance monitoring for GDPR and Cyber Essentials readiness, with automated gap detection and remediation guidance generated by the AI advisor.

Question 7

Can InnovativeAI manage vendor contracts and renewals?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upload vendor contracts for AI analysis, track renewal dates, benchmark pricing against market rates, and get proactive alerts before auto-renewals and notice periods expire.

Question 8

Who is InnovativeAI built for?

Accepted Answer

InnovativeAI is built for growing small and medium-sized businesses that need enterprise-grade operational tools without an enterprise budget — particularly companies that need a CIO or IT advisor but can't justify a full-time hire.
