Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Innovativeaibot platform ("Service") at innovativeaibot.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and the Company. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

Innovativeaibot provides a cloud-based business management platform including CRM functionality, vendor management, invoice tools, compliance assessment tools, AI-powered analysis features, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Service.

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information during registration • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account Accounts are for individual use. Each user must register their own account. You may not share login credentials.

You agree not to use the Service to: • Upload or transmit illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content • Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems • Use automated tools to scrape, extract or download Service data • Resell or sublicence the Service to third parties without our written consent • Violate any applicable law or regulation We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.

The Service is offered on a free tier and paid subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not provide refunds for partial periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You retain ownership of all data you upload or enter into the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to store and process Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not sell, share or use your Customer Data for any purpose other than operating the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle your data. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of all Customer Data you submit.

The Service, including all software, design, content, trademarks and AI models, is owned by the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or create derivative works based on the Service or its components.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate analysis, recommendations and documents. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional legal, financial, IT or compliance advice. You should verify AI-generated output before acting on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose. Responsibility for decisions made on the basis of AI-generated content rests with you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • We provide the Service "as is" without warranty of any kind • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may terminate your account at any time from the account settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes with at least 14 days' notice by email or via the platform. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
